Why this activity works

The investigation treats diagrams as evidence rather than decoration. Students infer missing angles, apply coordinate rules, decompose unusual shapes, and choose measurement formulas across five themed stations.

Teaching note

Encourage a labeled sketch even when the problem can be solved mentally. Geometry mistakes often become visible as soon as dimensions and relationships appear on a diagram.

Use complementary, supplementary, and triangle angle relationships.
